Comprehensive Business Requirement Document:

Comprehensive business requirement documents includes five steps which are given below .

1.      Absorb the requirements.

2.      Interpret the requirements.

3.      Bind the Requirement

4.      Categorize the Requirements.

5.      Prioritize the Requirements.

Now I implement these steps of business requirement document to the project and explain them .

So a customer give the project to making a website of his college to the project developer and explain all related requirement to the project manager . 

Absorb the Requirements:

In this step project manager collect all the requirement from the customer . such as websites looks , its functions , themes , front end , working , prepare in html , css or php , it may have online admission or not and all the related requirements . 

Interpret the Requirement:

   Now the requirement have been captured . Now the project manager must think about them. And analyze them that how it can be implement in to the project . if the system must do A and B and C and D there should be four distinct and verifiable requirements that can each be approved or rejected by its own merit , and also analyze that what would make something about that process difficuilt or more complex than it should be ..

Bind The Requirements :

In this step you bind all the requirements which are given above which u must use while making the project .

Categorize the Requirement:

College website project have few requirements that u remember without categorizing it . In this step Project manager categorize all the website requirements so it is easy to implement because if your data is properly categorize so you know which data is where be implement.

Prioritize the Requirements:

In finalizing the requirements to be implemented , it will be necessary to prioritize them according to their criticality to the business. This classification into core , essential , and desirable will be very likely involve both the project sponsor and customer decision Maker .

So these are the comprehensive Business Requirements document of any Project.
